It is our beliefs that no work is so urgent that Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) legislation, our customers’ in-house safety rules, and Falkor’s safe work procedure cannot be complied. It is our beliefs that every customer wants to get their job done in the safest manner and will work closely with Falkor management to provide a safe and conducive environment to prevent any accident, injury, property damage, fire damage, environmental damage and occupational illness.

Safety is everybody’s business. Every Falkor employee, including our sub-contractors, must be safety inducted and integrate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance into all their decisions, plans, operations and actions. Every Falkor employee must be briefed and empowered to stop the work whenever an unsafe condition arises, and report to the higher authority for rectification.

Every HSE related incidents must be reported and documented for lesson learnt, and statistically compiled for targeted action, as part of continual improvement process. Periodic audits and reviews of HSE systems and performance must also be implemented.
